Grilled Veggie Sandwich

Grilled zucchini, eggplant, red peppers, green pepper, red onions in a pide bread with sumac onion salad, ajvar (hot roasted pepper and eggplant sauce), and labneh (strained yogurt) sauce. Served with spring mix salad.
