Turkish Breakfast

Two fried eggs with sujuk/beef pepperoni, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, kashkaval cheese, jam, black olives, and house-made kaimak ( clotted cream) topped with honey. Served with one simit and a small cup of Turkish tea on the side.
